If you live in Boulder, you have likely seen one of Chris Huang’s murals in the North Boulder Arts District or at the Boulder Public Library, or perhaps enjoyed his pieces hung at Lucky’s Café during your Sunday brunch. Chris is one of the artists partnered with the “Creative Neighborhoods Mural Program” painting murals on homes, garages and fences that can be seen from the public right-of-way. Chris Huang creates much of his artwork with colored pencil and ink on wood. The work reflects our connection with the natural world and is often represented through mandala, plant, animal, and human imagery. Truly a labor of love, Chris’s art is meticulously hand-crafted using nature and introspection as his muse.
