Triplets Jessica, Jill and Jennifer Emich, have owned restaurants and gathering places in Boulder for nearly 25 years with Trilogy Wine Bar & Lounge, Shine Restaurant & Potion Bar and now their latest iteration and expansion: Shine Living. Inspired by the desire to expand beyond the four walls of their restaurant, the online platform features products, classes, education and support with living a healthy lifestyle. Shine serves fare that is sourced from local farmers, grown organically and prepared holistically to not only build health in our bodies but in our local economy as well. Their classes represent the mission of nourishment from the inside out through cooking how-to’s, holistic nutrition, dance, yoga, meditation, breathwork and more for the whole family.
