Naropa Graduate Alicia Patterson is a pelvic floor specialist, somatic psychotherapist and dance movement therapist who has developed her own method of Women’s Health Mentoring called “Your Inner Power”. Alicia practices a transformative model of pelvic floor therapy, with an emphasis on psycho-education, trauma-informed care, and consent.
